Professional experience

   Continuous end extensive experience in powder X-ray diffraction (Rietveld and LeBail quantitative analysis of the XRD pattern, size/strain profile analysis, residual stress and crystallographic texture).
   Common use the scanning electron microscopy (image analysis, ZAF).
   Good experience in understanding the electric and magnetic properties of  High Tc superconductors.
   Experienced programmer (FORTRAN, PASCAL, C, WinAPI) with proven skills in processing of experimental data.


Patents and publications

   Author of 5 books, 3 patents, 26 papers published in peer reviewed international journals, 12 full papers in proceedings of international conferences, 17 papers published in Romanian journals and 21 scientific reports for the Institute for Nuclear Power Reactors, Pitesti, Romania (these reports are 25-50% of the citations of I. Ursu and M. Pavelescu, members of the Romanian Academy in their books on nuclear materials and nuclear safety respectively). More than 80 registered computer programs.
